Southern Italian Pasta Making this will be sent byJoin Pastaia Honey Lopez for a hands on class exploring the beautiful art of handmade pasta. Simply using flour and water (no egg!), we will learn to create delicious pasta in a variety of classic shapes including fusilli, cavatelli, pici, and more. We will discuss flour options, proper cooking technique, and suggested sauce pairings.
